The Queen Hotel & Spa Hanoi, Hanoi

I had a decent stay, with rooms that were clean and offered a nice upgrade, but they overlooked a busy street which was a bit disappointing. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and I wish there had been more variety at breakfast.
